Depuis 2011, HIPPIE DIKTAT balance sa Transe Noise sur les scènes alternatives européennes. Les rythmiques répétitives héritées d’un Steve Reich creusent le granite en profondeur et la masse sonore impressionnante -digne de Sunn O)))- libère un espace solaire infini.
Sculptures de matières, pyrogravures sonores, la musique d’Hippie Diktat pénètre les corps et déconnecte les âmes. Distorsions des perceptions du temps et des espaces, immersions phoniques, répétitions infernales plongent l’auditeur dans une atmosphère solide, saturée.
8 ans de travail collectif, 3 albums et plus de 150 concerts en Belgique, Espagne, Allemagne, Hollande, Pologne, République Tchèque, Lituanie, Lettonie, Estonie, Finlande, Russie, Suède, Danemark et France... ont permis au trio de façonner une musique essentielle et universelle.

hippiediktat.comSince 2011, HIPPIE DIKTAT has been touring on the alternative scene all around Europe. For its third album « Gran Sasso », the trio stripped down the musical material to its most minimal expression and dug the simplest matter to find what’s beyond.
The overwhelming sound of the band is built on the persistent use of raw and primitive rhythms, and a massive texture made out of amplified baritone saxophone and electric baritone guitar. File under: Primal Rock.
